Applications for mobility will be made through the Turkish National Agency system using an e-government password. Only Teaching Staff, Research Staff, and Administrative Staff may apply for this call.
It is mandatory to make a preference during the application process, and candidates can continue their application by making any preference. There is no obligation to carry out mobility at the institution selected as a preference.

Application Deadline: October 3, 2025
For the application to be considered valid, the application form must be completed, signed, and uploaded to the system.
The mobility in the relevant call must be completed by July 31, 2026. These dates should be taken into account when applying.
The grant will be awarded for a period of 5 days.
Candidates who are eligible to participate in the mobility but decide not to go must submit a waiver letter by October 15, 2025, at the latest.
