Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berat ÇİÇEK

   Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berat Çiçek was born in Malatya in 1984 and completed his primary and secondary education in the same city. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Akdeniz University in 2007 and began his academic career as a Research Assistant at Muş Alparslan University in 2010. In 2016, he completed his Ph.D. at İnönü University and was appointed as a faculty member in the same year. Since 2021, he has been serving as an Associate Professor at Malatya Turgut Özal University.

   Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berat Çiçek’s academic interests focus on aviation management, human resource management, and organizational behavior. He is proficient in English and has an intermediate command of German and Spanish. He has authored and co-authored more than 100 academic works published in national and international journals, conferences, projects, and books.
