1. Before Leaving

At the end of your mobility period you have to submit following document:

• Certificate of clearance (template available here:  erasmusoffice@ozal.edu.tr 

At the end of the semester before leaving, you need to have the Certificate of Clearance signed by certain departments like library, sports center faculty labs. After collected all the signatures you need to submit this document to your faculties’ student affairs (where you have finalized your registration on your very first day). It is a crucial document for you to get your Transcript of Records and Confirmation Letter.

2. After Mobility

Malatya Turgut Özal University Office for International Affairs provides following documents:

• Certificate of Completion (Certificate of Completion will be directly sent to your University after your departure.)
• Transcript of Records (Transcript of Records will be directly sent to your University after your departure.)
